薪金待遇:工资+补助+提成+奖金+保险(完成合理既定目标最低年收入可达到20W以上)
负责产品的市场开发及产品销售。
任职条件:
1、大专以上学历,从事工业产品销售工作二年以上,具有建筑工程项目设备销售经验优先,具有暖通类产品销售尤佳,条件优秀者可放宽学历要求。
2、具有亲和力、较强的沟通能力、公关能力、影响力、肯吃苦,具有快速学习能力及领悟能力,具有一定的商务谈判经验。
3、具备一定程度的英语水平,熟练使用Office软件。
4、要求有较强的学习能力,能在短期内初步掌握产品知识。
5、职业方向:销售工程师——业务经理——办事处经理——分公司总经理
6、薪资:底薪+绩效薪资+提成(底薪在保底情况下,每月视考核情况浮动上涨)
7、能够适应经常出差
8、有独立操作招投标、大型项目经验与能力者,有效性团队管理经验且业绩优异者,可考虑按“特殊试用期”招聘,底薪可适当提高。
