Key Responsibilities:
lManage compliance of data to ensure that Business Account Records (BAR), Financial Master List (FML), contracts, SLA's and pricing are accurately documented and current.
lConduct quarterly service reviews. Manage follow up with an action plan that is clear and succinct. Ensure all SLA requirements are met and remedial action taken if required and establish a framework to manage client expectation
lAssess and mitigate at risk accounts and create strategies to align with the CITSGBT. Complete at risk reporting requirements. Improve profitability through contract renewal.
lAllgin with travel management strategy to develop relationships with key travel business partners, airlines, hotels and car rental chains to maximize opportunities to increase business travel sales, revenues and profits.
